The main task: to create and develop the functionality of the product according to the real needs of users, ensuring high quality of the final solution.

What you will need to do:
— Run user testing of new product features;
— Prepare user-friendly documentation with examples and best practices;
— Run demo of new product features and customer cases;
— Work with clients — external and internal teams using the product;
— Analyze customer tasks at the technical and business level, correlate customer needs with product functionality;
— Consult clients on the best use of product features;
— Identify new needs, use cases;
— Run trainings;
— Participate in the deployment and launch.


— Experience in documenting requirements in BPMN, UML notations;
— Experience in API design (REST, SOAP) —
— Experience in incident investigation;
— Familiarity with MQ, Kafka, Docker, databases;
— SQL — at the level of simple queries;
— Work experience according to flexible software development methodologies;
— Focus on results, the ability to look through the eyes of the user, proactivity.
